1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, with tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@aindoraelegants.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings and jewelry
- Intimate wear (lingerie, undergarments, etc.)
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Customized or personalized products
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchange for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
To request an exchange, contact us at info@aindoraelegants.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving it.
7. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
